How to register
If you wish to register with our surgery, please ask at reception. If you have your medical card, then please bring this along with you. You will be required to have a new patient medical to enable your registration, or just click the button below.
Access to buildings – additional needs
Automatic front door access suitable for wheelchairs. There are disabled toilets available.
